Guidelines

Submission Requirements

  • Length: 250 words or less. Preferred format: Word (.doc and .docx) document
  • Title of Lesson
  • Grade level of your lesson (Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle School, or High School)
  • Essential question(s)
  • Objective(s)
  • Materials list
  • Procedures, include 4–6 steps
  • Resources or extensions for enhancing the lesson
  • Brief assessment or reflection activity for students
  • One or more high-quality digital images of final artworks and/or process photos
  • Captions for each photo (student’s first name, grade level, artwork title)
  • Signed student permission form(s)

Images

  • Format: jpeg, tiff, or psd
  • Size: minimum 4 x 4” (1200 x 1200 px)
  • A minimum of one image is required.
  • Caption for the image is required and should include information such as the student’s first name, grade level, artwork title, and description, etc. Please list the file name with the corresponding caption information in your ClipCard document.

Easily submit a quick one-day lesson as a ClipCard!

NOTE: If you are submitting more than one ClipCard, please use your ClipCard title to name your files.
