Like most other ecommerce websites, Davis Publications uses both session/browser-based cookies and disk-based cookies to customize your experience each time you visit our site. Online Mailing Lists
If you have elected to receive email announcements and promotions from us, and wish at any time to stop receiving such information, please call (800) 533-2847 or send an email to ContactUs@DavisArt.com. You will receive confirmation that your email address has been removed from our list. Please remember that removal requests are individual-email-specific. While we will do our best to implement your cancellation as soon as possible, you may continue to receive promotional emails for a brief time after submitting your request.
Any credit card information received by Davis Publications is encrypted for security with Secure Socket Layer (SSL). SSL encrypts your order information to avoid the decoding of that information by anyone other than Davis Publications. Your credit information is handled by established third party banking and processing agents under contract to Davis Publications. Once an online order has been confirmed, your credit card is not reused.
Law Enforcement and Protection of Users
Davis Publications will release personal information to third parties and organizations when we believe it is appropriate to do so in compliance with the law.
