Sales Tax
Customers exempt from sales and use taxes, please provide an exemption certificate with your orders. Failure to submit an exemption certificate may result in additional tax charges on your invoice. All other customers should add sales tax per state requirements, and local tax where applicable.

Shipping and Handling
Orders over $100.00—Add 10% shipping & handling. Orders under $100.00—Add $10.00 shipping & handling. For international orders, call for specific shipping and handling rates.

All order discrepancies, such as too few books, wrong titles, etc., must be reported within 15 days of receipt of order.

Satisfaction Guaranteed
You have 30 days from receipt to examine any materials you purchase. If not completely satisfied, please contact our customer service department to obtain the required authorization. Items must not be stamped or otherwise marked and must be returned in saleable condition. Shrink-wrapped items must be returned unopened to receive credit, unless defective. Please state specific damage to materials or other reason for return. Sales to bookstores and dealers are not eligible for overstock returns. Please request our policy for additional information.

International Sales of Curriculum Materials
Due to the usage rights and contractual obligations associated with the fine art images in Davis Publications’s programs, sales of our textbooks and curriculum materials are restricted to North America.

User Generated Content Statement
By submitting content in response to Davis/SchoolArts social media contests and posts, by using Davis/SchoolArts generated hashtags, or if uploading your photo directly to any of the Davis/SchoolArts social platforms, you acknowledge and give your consent to Davis/SchoolArts that your responses, photos, and your name may be used by Davis/SchoolArts. By granting your consent, you are allowing SchoolArts/Davis the right to redistribute, repackage, or redesign any submitted materials through any and all lawful advertising entities used by Davis Publications, Inc. to promote their products (including: brochures, direct mail materials, magazine, lesson plans, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, and catalog).
