Curriculum Implementation Tier 1
The introductory-level support tier is designed for educators at the beginning of their journey in implementing a new art curriculum. It aims to provide foundational knowledge, practical strategies, and essential tools to effectively integrate instructional materials into the art room. The goal of this program is to provide a comprehensive overview of the materials, including key components, instructional goals, and how they align with the district or state standards. Duration and Format
Tier 1 implementation sessions are available per grade band (elementary, middle, high) or by specific program. Sessions can be conducted in-person or virtually as single or multiple-day programs. Typically, training days offer a mix of theoretical instruction and practical application. Follow-up sessions or online modules may be available for extended support.
Target Audience
These sessions are ideal for art teachers, coordinators, and administrators who are tasked with implementing and/or supporting an art curriculum in their schools or districts. Sessions can be organized for groups of 40 participants or less.
