Mindfulness & Expressive Arts
Spend an hour in the Mindful Studio with scholar, Jane Dalton to explore the connections between mindfulness and expressive arts. The Mindful Studio will help cultivate present-moment awareness of the breath, body, thoughts, emotions, and creative impulse for both you and your students. This session has a strong focus on the benefits of crafting and mindful creative practice as well as a hands-on studio experience exploring neurographic art as a form of self-care.
