El Jarabe en Ultatumba (A Jig Beyond the Grave)
The strong tradition of graphic arts in Latin America, particularly in satirical prints, and Posada's key role in them nourished many subsequent printmakers, especially the famous Taller de Grafica Popular (Peoples Graphics Studio), founded in Mexico in 1937. This institute was a training ground for many internationally renowned artists, especially many famous African American artists.
