Plans include:
  • Teaching objectives
  • Correlations to the National Visual Arts Standards
  • Studio materials lists
  • Ancillary resource lists
  • Teaching options
How does the planner work?
For 9, 18, or 36 Week schedules:
  • Choose the pacing option (9, 18, or 36) that best matches your course schedule
  • Choose the curriculum level (basic, intermediate, or advanced) that best matches your students' needs
  • Weekly plans are based on a schedule of five 45-minute periods, or "days."
To view the plan for a given week (Days 1 through 5):
    • Select the "Download PDF of Lesson Plan" option
    • You can close the PDF at any time to return to the planner menu
Don't see your schedule here?
  • Use the lesson plans but adjust the pacing to fit your schedule
  • Example: for a 9-week block schedule course, consider using the 18 Week curriculum at an accelerated pacing of two periods per day
