When will I receive my first issue? It may take six to eight weeks to receive your first issue, depending upon when your order is received. However, if you subscribe and also sign up for a digital
companion edition, you will receive a link to the most recent issue right away.
Will I receive previous issues? SchoolArts is published nine times per year August/September to May/June. Due to our volume cycle, subscriptions run on either the volume year or the calendar year.
To accommodate these two start dates, subscribers may receive up to three back issues.
How can I purchase back issues of SchoolArts? To purchase back issues of SchoolArts, contact Jackie Gothing, Subscriptions Manager at 800-533-2847 x220. Issues can be purchased
at a prepaid cost of $6.00 each. Please have the publication month and date of the desired issue readily available.
What is your policy on foreign subscriptions? Beginning with the August/September 2009 issue, all non-Canadian foreign subscriptions will be digital only. Foreign
customers wishing to continue to receive the print edition must pay the enormous cost of shipping their issues via the United Parcel Service or Federal
Express, approximately $35.00 per issue. They must call our subscriptions department directly for a quote and shipping arrangements. This
change is due to an increase in claims on foreign subscriptions for lack of or delayed receipt of issues.
What is a customer number? Your customer number appears on the address label of your magazine. The label should be on the front cover of your print edition.
What is the digital edition? The digital edition is a replica of the print edition available on the web with live links. It allows you to have access to SchoolArts from school or home as quickly as possible.
With the digital edition, you can search through the issue, zoom in on specific pages, and access content-related web links quickly and easily. You can view the digital edition from anywhere you have access to the Internet. Once you are viewing the digital edition, you can view archived editions.
